Christopher A. Sims (1942- )

Awarded the Prize “for the empirical research on cause effect in the macroeconomy.”

American econometrician macroscopic economist. Mr. Sims was born in Washington of America on October 21, 1941. He received his Ph.D. in economy from Harvard University in 1968. Currently, he is the professor of Princeton University member of American National Science Academy.
