Sir John B. Gurdon (1933-2025)

British development biologist. Sir John B. Gurdon was born in Hampton of Britain on October 2, 1933. He received his Ph.D. in Oxford University of UK in 1960. He was elected member of British Royal Society in 1971. He was the professor of Gurdon Institute of Cambridge University, UK. Sir John B. Gurdon died on October 7, 2025.
