John Jumper（1985-）
Awarded the prize “for computational protein design and protein structure prediction”.
Biophysicist. Born in 1985 in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. In 2017, Dr. Jumper obtained a PhD in theoretical chemistry from the University of Chicago, engaged in machine learning simulations of protein folding and dynamics research. Afterwards, he completed postdoctoral research at the University of Chicago and continued to work on protein prediction deep learning models. Currently, he is a scientist and senior researcher at Google DeepMind.
