Hungarian-Austrian physicist. Born on May 17, 1962 in Mór, Hungary. Dr. Krausz received his PhD from the Technical University of Vienna in 1991. Currently, he is the Director of the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics, Garching, Germany.
