John F. Clauser (1942- )

Awarded the Prize “for his experiments with entangled photons, establishing the violation of Bell inequalities and pioneering quantum information science.”

American theoretical and experimental physicist. Born on December 1, 1942 in Pasadena, California, USA. Dr. Clauser received his doctorate in physics from Columbia University in New York in 1969. Currently he is working for J. F. Clauset Association in California, USA.
