William D. Nordhaus (1941- )

Awarded the Prize "for integrating climate change into long-run macroeconomic analysis."

American Economist. Born on May 31st, 1941 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, U.S. Dr. William D. Nordhaus earned his Ph.D in economy from MIT in 1967. Currently, Dr. Nordhaus is the professor of Whitney Griswold Economy in Yale University and Director of the Cowles Foundation for Economic Research.
