American Economist. Born on November 6th, 1955 in Colorado, United States. Dr. Paul M. Romer earned his Ph.D in economy from Chicago University in 1983. He was the chief economist of World Bank from 2016 to 2018 and currently, he is the professor of economy in Stanford University and senior researcher of Hoover Institution.
