Congolese gynecologist. Born on March 1st 1955 in Costermansville, Belgian Congo. Mr. Denis Mukwege founded and works in Panzi Hospital in Bukavu in 1999. He then established Panzi Foundation to help women who have been raped by armed rebels during Congo wars and he is considered to be the worlds leading expert on repairing injuries of rape.
