Sir Gregory P. Winter (1951- )

Awarded the Prize "for the phage display of peptides and antibodies."

British Biochemist. Born on April 14, 1951 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England. Sir Gregory P. Winter obtained his  PhD degree, from the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge. Later, Winter completed a term of post-doctoral fellowship at Imperial College London, and another at the Institute of genetics in University of Cambridge. Currently, Sir Winter is a professor at Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge University.
