American biophysicist. Born on September 12, 1940 in Siegen, Germany. Mr. Frank obtained his PhD from Technical University of Munich, Germany in 1970. Currently, Dr. Frank is a professor of biochemistry &molecular biophysics at Columbia University. He is the academician of both American Academy of Arts & Sciences (AAAS), and National Academy of Sciences (NAS).
