Lars Peter Hansen (1952- )

Lars Peter Hansen is an American economist who was born on October 26, 1952 in Champaign, Illinois, USA. He graduated from University of Utah in 1974 and obtained his Ph.D. in economics from University of Minnesota in 1978. Currently, he is Distinguished Professor at the University of Chicago.
