James E. Rothman (1950- )

James Edward Rothman is an American cell biologist who was born on November 3, 1950 in Massachusetts, USA. He obtained his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1976 and currently he is the Distinguished Professor and Chairman of the Department of Cell Biology at Yale School of Medicine, USA.
