
Gustav Stresemann (1878-1929)
Awarded the Prize “for his policy of reconciliation negotiation after the World War I.”German politician. Stresemann was born on May 10, 1878 in Berlin. He studied literature, philosophy, political economy at Berlin Leipzig. In 1900 he took his doctorate at the University of Berlin. He assumed the posts Chancellor Foreign Minister of the Weimar Republic. Stresemann died on October 3, 1929 in Berlin.
